Integration Process Flow

The overall process flow involved in integrating CrowdTwist with Siebel Loyalty is as follows:

1. Configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

2. In Siebel CRM, do the following:

   1. Map Siebel Loyalty Program to CrowdTwist Loyalty Program

   2. Configure Reward Redemption Products with the appropriate category.

   3. Configure Promotions (manual credit and debit transactions) for engagement activity push and reward redemption processing.

   4. Member Enrollment.

3. Set up Engagement Activity Push from CrowdTwist to Siebel Loyalty.

4. Set up Reward Redemption from Siebel Loyalty to CrowdTwist.
