Process of Launching Campaigns

You can choose to manually launch one or more waves of a campaign. You can launch a campaign using the applet menu in the campaign list and campaign form views, or by right-clicking the campaign shape in the Program Flow designer and by selecting Launch Campaign.

To launch a campaign, perform the following tasks:

• Launching Campaigns Manually

• Launching Email and Fax Campaigns

• Checking Campaign Launch Status

• Suspending and Relaunching Email Campaigns
