Deactivating an iHelp Item
Complete the following procedure to deactivate an iHelp item.
To deactivate an iHelp item
Navigate to the Administration - iHelp screen, then the All iHelp Items view.
Select an active iHelp item.
Click Deactivate.
Complete the following procedure to deactivate an iHelp item.
Navigate to the Administration - iHelp screen, then the All iHelp Items view.
Select an active iHelp item.
Click Deactivate.
