Grouping Follow-Up Items for Site Visits

You can group (both current trip and all) follow-up items for a site visit together according to the following categories: All or Open.

  • The All category groups all site visit follow-up items together irrespective of Status value.

  • The Open category groups all site visit follow-up items together with an Open or In Progress Status value.

Note: The default value for the Follow Up Status user property for the Clinical Follow Up business component (at site level) is as follows:
"[Status]", " Open", " In Progress", " CLNCL_CHECKLIST_STATUS"

To group follow-up items for a site visit

  1. Navigate to the Site Visits screen. The existing Clinical Site Visits are listed, if any.

  2. Drill down on the Visit Start field of the site visit whose follow-up items you want to review.

  3. Navigate to the Follow-Up Items view and do one of the following as required:

    • Click All to see all follow-up items for the selected site visit irrespective of status value.

    • Click Open to view all follow-up items for the selected site visit with an Open or In Progress status value.

    Follow-up items with the same status are ordered by due date, with the latest due date appearing first in the All Follow-Up Items list.
