Grouping Site Visits

You can group site visits together according to the following categories: All Visits, Pending Visits, Pending Approval, and Closed Visits.

• The All Visits category groups all site visits together irrespective of the Visit or Trip Report status.

• All other categories group site visits according to various combinations of Visit and Trip Report status.

To group site visits

1. Navigate to the Site Visits screen. The existing Clinical Site Visits are listed, if any.

2. Do one of the following as required:

   • Click All Visits to see a complete list of all visits, irrespective of the Visit or Trip Report status.

   • Click Pending Visits to see a list of all visits in Pending Visit status.

   • Click Pending Approval to see a list of all visits in Pending Approval status.

   • Click Closed Visits to see a list of all visits in Closed Visit status.

The following table shows the default Visit and Trip Report status combinations for Site Visits that are defined in Siebel Tools.

You can change the Visit and Trip Report status combinations for each group category in Siebel Tools, as required, as shown in the following procedure.

To change Visit and Trip Report Status combinations

1. Log in to Siebel Tools.

2. Go to the Clinical Trip Report BC.

3. Update the values of the following BC User Properties as required:

   • TR Status Closed Visits. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Trip Report Status]", "Approved", "Obsolete", "Rejected", "SR_STATUS"

   • TR Status Pending Approval. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Trip Report Status]", "In Progress", "Completed", "Submitted", "Rejected", 
     "Reviewed with Comments", "Submitted for Approval", "Revised", "SR_STATUS"

   • TR Status Pending Visit. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Trip Report Status]", "Not Started", "In Progress", "SR_STATUS"

   • Visit Status Closed Visits. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Status]", "Cancelled", "Done", "EVENT_STATUS"

   • Visit Status Pending Approval. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Status]", "In Progress", "Done", "EVENT_STATUS"

   • Visit Status Pending Visit. The default value for this BC user property is as follows:

     "[Status]", "Planned", "Confirmed", "EVENT_STATUS"

4. BC: Clinical Protocol Site

   • User Property: Exclude blinding rules

   • Value: Siebel Administrator

   • Description: Exclude the blinding rules for user having given responsibility

5. For the Apply Template

   • BC: Clinical Subject

     • User Property: Exclude blinding rules

     • Value: Siebel Administrator

     • Description: Exclude the blinding rules for user having given responsibility
