CME Alert

This ERD (see the following figure) illustrates how credit and fraud alerts are managed for communications and utilities customers. A fraud alert is associated with an account. Profile attributes provide more information about the fraud threshold for an account. A credit alert is related to an account and a statement. Activities can be performed on both types of alerts.
