Configuring Navigation from the Function Space Diary to the Quote and Function Views

Administrators can use Siebel Tools to configure the Function Space Diary so that users can click a blocked function in the Function Space Diary and navigate to the corresponding quote or function view.

This task is a step in Process of Configuring the Function Space Diary.

To configure navigation from the Function Space Diary to the Quote and Function views

1. Launch Siebel Tools.

2. To configure the Quote view drilldown, set the values in the following table.

   Item	Value
   User Property	Item Drilldown Src Field Substitutes
   Value	Item Drilldown;Quote Id
   Drill Down Object	Item DrillDown
   View Name	TNT SHM Quote Function Line Items View
   BC Name	Quote

   If you use this configuration, then the Property, Date, Time, and Function Room items are carried over to the quote.

3. To configure the Function view drilldown, set the values in the following table.

   Item	Value
   User Property	Item Drilldown Src Field Substitutes
   Value	Item Drilldown; Function Id
   Drill Down Object	Item DrillDown
   View Name	TNT SHM Function Line Item More Info View
   BC Name	TNT SHM Function
