Configuring the Function Space Diary Icons

The diary uses several types of icon graphics. Icons identify different types of bookings and function details. Button icons identify navigation buttons. Hierarchy icons depict the hierarchical relationships among the function spaces.

Siebel Hospitality provides a default set of icons for the diary. You can change the appearance of the diary icons by replacing the existing icon graphics with other graphics of your choice or design.

This task is a step in Process of Configuring the Function Space Diary.

To configure the Function Space Diary icons

1. Navigate to the Administration - Application screen, then the System Preferences view.

2. Create a new system preference record with field values as shown in the following table.

   Field	Value	Comments
   Sys Preference Name	TNT CMT Configurable Icons	None.
   Sys Preference Value	Y	A value of Y enables you to configure the icons.

3. Navigate to the following directory: sai\applicationcontainer_external\siebelwebroot\images.

4. Paste the new icon files into the \images folder to replace the default icons.
