Setting up Siebel Outbound REST

Siebel Knowledge Management Integration feature make use of following Services which need to be configured before using this feature:

Getting individual article from Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management system and showing to the end user

Rating of the Article shown

KMSearch Getting search result from Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management system
KMTasks Suggesting changes to the Article shown

Navigate to Sitemap > Administration - Web Services > REST Outbound Services and query for each one of the service above and update <HOST_NAME> to the Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management System Host Name- for all methods at child applet.

Click on Clear Cache button to refresh cache.
