Disabling Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management Search for Siebel Service Request Status Field Values
Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management search can be disabled for certain Service Request Status values. This is done via below Applet User Property of Applet “Service Request Detail Applet”.

KM Search Disabled Status | Closed, Cancelled, Rejected, Obsolete |
With above configuration Search Knowledge button will not be visible in UI for mentioned status values in the user property.
This user property is configurable. You can add/remove any Service Request status value from this User Property. Using this User property customers can save API calls to Knowledge Management for Service Requests which are older/closed.
