Configuring Siebel Fields for Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management Search

In order to configure fields to be sent as search text which searches for articles in Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management below Applet User Property of Applet “Service Request Detail Applet” is added.

KM Search Fields Area, Sub-Area, Abstract

With above configuration Area, Sub-Area and Abstract fields of Business Component “Service Request” values will be concatenated with a space in between and search string will be constructed in given order to pass on to the Oracle Fusion Knowledge Management System. Based on this search text, search results from Knowledge Management will be shown on Siebel Field Service UI.

This user property is configurable and can make use of fields of Service Request business component. You can add/remove any field from this User Property. This user property must have at least one field configured.
