Function Space Diary Views

The Function Space Diary screen displays the Property form first, followed by the view tabs. The Property form shows the name and type, the number of function rooms, and number of sleeping rooms for the first property record. From the form, users can query for a different property.

Note: The diary does not display the associated functions for nonparticipating properties. If users query for a nonparticipating property within the Function Space Diary, then the views are empty. For more information about nonparticipating properties, see Adding Property Records.
