Configuring custom Subject Status for Dashboard

To configure custom Subject Status for Dashboard

1. If the CTMS application is configured with a custom Subject status that is out of the box Subject statuses, it should be available in the below LOV.

   LOV for Status: CLNCL_SUBJECT_STATUS

   Example: CustomStatus

   Following changes are required to be added in Siebel Tools:

2. Create new column in following tables for CustomStatus.

   Column in S_PTCL_SITE_LS

   Column in S_CL_PTCL_LS

3. Create new fields by mapping to new column in BC: Clinical Region, Clinical Protocol, Clinical Protocol Site.

   Example of Field Name: # CustomStatus

4. Create new BC User Properties as follows:

   BC:Clinical Subject Status

   Status Field RollUp 7: "CustomStatus", "# CustomStatus"

   BC: Clinical Subject

   Status Field RollUp 7: "CustomStatus", "# CustomStatus"

   BC: Clinical Protocol Site:

   Status RollUp Fields:Protocol 7: "# CustomStatus", "# CustomStatus"

   Status RollUp Fields:Region 7: "# CustomStatus", "# CustomStatus"

   BC: Clinical Region

   Status RollUp Fields 7: "# CustomStatus", "# CustomStatus"

5. Map this new field on Applet.

6. Navigate to Applet > Search for LS Clinical Site Subjects Infolet Applet.

   Add this new field in control and web template items.

   Note: You may need to inactivate any existing Web Template item since the Dashboard can display only 6 items at a time.
