Configuring Site Status for Custom Status

To configure Site Status for Custom Status

To have a new custom Site status on Dashboard, you have to configure the Site Status in the CTMS LOV where the new Site status value is available for selection.

Here is the name of the LOV for reference:
  1. New Site Status should be available in LOV.(CLNCL_PROTOCOL_SITE_STATUS).

  2. To get the new Site status displayed on the Dashboard you have to add the following system preference:

System Pref- 'CL - Site Status Dashboard'->

Note: This stores LIC Value for these site status. If there is any new Site Status that needs to be displayed on Dashboard, It needs to be added in this System Preference. Since Dashboard can only accommodate 6 status values, so ideally this String should have 6 Site Status only.

OOTB Values for System Preferences: Planned,Initiated,Enrolling,Terminated,Not Initiated,Closed

Note: These are default Site Status values.

Lets say new Site Status is CustomSite, then the System Preference can be updated as follows:

Updated Value for System Preference: Planned,Initiated,Enrolling,Terminated,Not Initiated,CustomSite

  3. Config changes:

Following changes are required to be added in Siebel Tools:

    1. At BC level, ‘LS Clinical Protocol Dashboard VBC’, add new Field with same name as provided in System Preference (LIC of Site status), example, System Pref- 'CL - Site Status Dashboard'->.

    2. Display the new Field on Applet 'LS Clinical Protocol Site Information Applet'.

    3. Navigate to Applet > Search for 'LS Clinical Protocol Site Information Applet'.

    4. Add this new field in control and web template items.

Note: The Web Template can show only 6 controls at a time. You can Inactivate the Web Template Item that needs to be swapped with the new status Web Template item. Use the inactivate item identifier on new Web Template item created to display the site status.
