1. Getting the Data for a Mail Merge from the Siebel Database

2. Refining Recipients for a Mail Merge

3. Refining the Message for a Mail Merge

4. Previewing Messages for a Mail Merge

5. Printing or Sending Mail Merge Messages

6. Logging Messages as a Siebel Activity
