Setting Up Format for BIP Reports

If Oracle Business Intelligence is integrated with Siebel Public Sector, then administrators can set up a BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) format for this snapshot file. BIP formats include PDF, HTML, and Microsoft Word.

To set up a format for the BIP report

  1. Navigate to the Administration - BI Publisher Reports screen, then the Reports - Standard Templates view.

  2. Select the record with Appeal Report in the Report Name field and AppealsReport in the Template field.

  3. In the Output Type field, select a format for the BIP report.

  4. Click Upload Files.
