Configure SSSE with O365 Integration

To configure SSSE with O365 Integration

In order for customers to run SSSE with Exchange or O365 on Windows from Siebel 24.7 onwards, following steps have to be performed:

1. Add CA Certificate on Truststore

2. Enable SHA2 Support for Outbound Web Services

3. Add Proxy Settings to Tomcat Service of Siebel SES Container

This task is to be performed only if SSSE is not integrated with Office 365.

Note: Make sure that SSSE components (PIMSI Engine and Dispatcher) are enabled on LINUX or UNIX servers.

In case of existing SSSE with O365 integration on Windows:

1. Shutdown PIMSI components on the Windows Server.

2. Enable SSSE components (PIMSI Engine and Dispatcher) on LINUX/UNIX Server.
