Configuring the Outbound Web Service Port Address

This topic describes the Outbount Web Service configuration that is required to integrate SSSE with Office 365.

To configure the Outbound Web Service port address

  1. Log in to Siebel Callcenter or a similar applications.

  2. Navigate to the Administration - Web Services screen, then the Outbound Web Service view.

  3. Query for ExchangeWebService.

  4. In the Service Ports Applet, select the row with Name: ExchangeServicePortType.

  5. Enter the Value for the address: https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx.
