Before you can integrate Intelligent Advisor with Siebel Public Sector Self Service, you must activate the following workflows for your implementation:

If your use of Intelligent Advisor with Siebel Public Sector Self Service uses Intelligent Advisor interviews that use DIV-based embedded interviews, then you must also activate the following workflows:
