Online Data Synchronization

Web services perform the online synchronization of data in the Integration. The Web services use integration objects, which incorporate Enterprise Object Library artifacts included in the Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) framework, to synchronize data directly between the participating applications. The entities that are synchronized using Web services, as shown in the following image, are as follows:

  • Contract, Lead, Financial Account, Limit. Activity, Service Request (in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking) are synchronized with the same entities in Siebel SRM.

  • Customer (in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking) is synchronized with Contact in Siebel SRM.

  • Account in Siebel SRM is synchronized with Customer (in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking).

  • Offer in Siebel CRM is synchronized with Offer (in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking).

The flow of data between the participating applications is from Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking to Siebel CRM, except for the following: Account and Customer, and Offer.
