Personalized Content Delivery Support for Content File Formats

Users can create content using a number of third-party content creation tools. The following file types are among the most common:

• Portable Network Graphics (PNG)

• Graphics Interchange Format (GIF)

• Photographic Experts Group (JPEG and JPG)

  Note: In order to view a document in Personalized Content Delivery, your computer must have the document's native application installed. For example, if you are trying to view a Microsoft Word 2000 document (.doc), Microsoft Word 2000 must reside on your computer.
