3.2.7.1 Enhanced Address Resolution Configuration Fields

The following table describes the fields in the Enhanced Address Resolutions section:

Routing Entity Type A routing entity can be a standalone routing entity or a routing entity that is part of a subscriber (group of related routing entities and Account ID values).

Conditions Conditions associated with the Enhanced Address Resolution. Each condition has three parts: a parameter, an operator, and a value. In order for a Diameter message to be matched by the Enhanced Address Resolution, it must match with the criteria of each condition specified below:
  • Destination and Origin Realm: Realm is a case insensitive string consisting of a list of labels separated by dots, where a label may contain letters, digits, dashes ('-'), and underscore ('_'). A label must start with a letter, digit, or underscore and must end with a letter or digit. Underscores may be used only as the first character.
  • Destination-Host and Origin-Host: Host is a case insensitive string consisting of a list of labels separated by dots, where a label may contain letters, digits, dashes ('-'), and underscore ('_'). A label must start with a letter, digit, or underscore and must end with a letter or digit. Underscores may be used only as the first character.
  • Access Point Name: APN is a case sensitive string consisting of a list of labels separated by dots, where a label may contain letters, digits, and dashes ('-'). A label must start with a letter or digit and must end with a letter or digit.
