Recovery

1. Separate the path: confirm 70439 is clear and files exist on the Active SOAM before investigating 70440.
2. Inspect the export/transfer log for the remote host attempted, SSH/rsync return code, remote directory, and host failover attempts.
3. Validate approved remote-host configuration, name resolution/reachability, SSH trust/account access, remote directory capacity, and write permission. Do not delete the source files merely to clear the alarm.
4. After correction, use only the supported scheduled/operational export mechanism and verify successful transfer to the remote server and clear of 70440. Preserve transfer-log evidence if escalation is required.
