解決 IP 允許清單功能性問題

已設定使用 IP 允許清單之環境的連線可能失敗，錯誤為禁止您的存取。本節提供有關遇到此問題時的因應步驟。

Planning、Planning 模組、FreeForm、Financial Consolidation and Close、Tax Reporting、Account Reconciliation、Profitability and Cost Management、Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management、Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud、Narrative Reporting、Sales Planning，以及 Strategic Workforce Planning。

一般而言，此錯誤是設定 IP 允許清單時發生錯誤所造成。如果您面對此錯誤，請向「Oracle 客戶服務部」尋求協助。

建立描述問題的服務要求。請參閱提交技術服務要求。服務要求必須包含下列資訊：

  • 我的服務中防火牆組態的螢幕擷取畫面。
  • 從中連線至 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud 的 IP 位址。
  • 此問題是否是在最新的每月更新之後開始的？
  • 這是否為重大停機。
