This document is written mainly for Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) system architects, application developers, and system administrators who are developing or deploying Web-based applications on one or more Oracle WebLogic Server domains.

ORACLE_HOME is the directory you specified as the Oracle Home when you installed Oracle WebLogic Server.
This release of WebLogic Server enables multiple, named concurrent edit sessions, which allows more than one administrator to make configuration changes at the same time.
