Mapping SMS Codes to Keywords

To enable SMS reporting, you must map keywords to each long and short code. You must map all keywords on which to report.

To map codes to keywords:

  1. Click The Account icon Account on the side navigation bar.

    The Account Management page opens.

  2. In the Campaign Management section, click Manage Mobile Short\Long Codes and Keywords.

    The Manage Mobile Short\Long Codes and Keywords page opens.

  3. In the Select Code list, select the code you want to map.
  4. In Add Keywords, type the keyword you want to map and click Add.

    The Associated Keywords list shows the keywords currently associated with the code. To un-associate a keyword, select it and click Delete.

  5. Click Save.
