How do I access support for Oracle Social Network?

Tap Slide-out navigation button in the action bar to open the slide-out navigation, then tap Support button Support.

The Support dialog shows the following information:

  • OSN Version - The version number of the Oracle Social Network application running on the server to which you are connected.

  • Android Client Version - The version number of the Oracle Social Network application you have installed on your Android device.

Note: Support button Support appears only when you are logged in and connected to an Oracle Social Network server that supports the Support menu.
