Configure Your Live Experience Account

Live Experience provides a simple web interface that enables you to configure all system functions. Use it to add users, register and integrate your application, set recording options, and find and review your recordings of customer engagements and much more.

Get Started with Configuration

The Get Started screen lists all the configuration tasks that you need to complete to get going with Live Experience. Simply click the link to begin each task. A green check mark appears next to each task after you complete it.

Once you've configured Live Experience, the Home screen becomes a dashboard that presents an instantaneous overview of application and customer activities.
