Feedback is the process of gathering real-time comments, enhancement requests, and bugs from your application users. To gather feedback for an application, you add a Feedback page.

A feedback page enables you to collect feedback from application users.
To add a feedback page to an application:
On the Workspace home page, click App Builder.
Select the application for which you want to add feedback.
The Application home page appears.
Click the Create Page button.
For Page Type, select Feedback Page.
For Define:
Page Number - Accept the default or provide an integer value that identifies a page within an application.
Page Name - Specify a text name for this page.
Page Mode - Identify the page mode. To learn more about an option, see field-level Help.
Popup Page Template - Select the page template for the popup page to be used to gather the feedback.
Region Template - Select a region template for the region in which the feedback is gathered.
Label Template - Select a label template to be used for the items on the feedback page.
Extra Attributes - Specify how many extra attributes should be included on the feedback page.
Tip:
If you specify extra attributes, then you need to edit them to update their labels, display, and help text. Then, you need to update the process called to save the feedback to pass the proper context for each extra attribute so it can be displayed when reviewing the feedback.
Create Navigation Bar - Specify whether to create a navigation bar entry within your current application to invoke your new feedback page.
Entry Label - Enter the name of the new navigation bar entry used to invoke the new feedback page.
Enable Feedback - This attribute only displays if feedback support for the current application is not enabled. To enable feedback support, select Yes.

Click Create.
To review feedback:
On the Workspace home page, click the Team Development icon.
Click the Feedback icon.
The Feedback Dashboard appears.
Click the Report tab.
Select a Feedback Number and then review the feedback.
Under Disposition:
Status - Select a new status.
Tags are keywords that further describe this feedback. Separate multiple tags with commas.
Developer Comment - Enter additional comments. Note Developer Comments are not publicly viewable.
Public Response - Enter a public response. This response is publicly viewable.
Determine how to log the feedback. To the right of Disposition, click one of the following:
Log as Bug. Enter the appropriate information and click Create Bug.
Log as To Do. Enter the appropriate information and click Create To Do.
Log as Feature. Enter the appropriate information and click Log as Feature.

To delete a feedback entry, click Delete.
To submit your changes, click Apply Changes.
This section describes feedback reports available in Team Development.
To view the Feedback Calendar:
On the Workspace home page, click the Team Development icon.
Click the Feedback icon.
The Feedback Dashboard appears.
Click the Feedback Calendar tab.
The Calendar page displays the number of feedback comments provided by application by day. Click the Previous and Next buttons to view other months.
To view the Feedback Calendar:
On the Workspace home page, click the Team Development icon.
Click the Feedback icon.
The Feedback Dashboard appears.
Click the By Filing User tab.
The By Filing User page displays a chart of open feedback by filing user. Click a section of the chart to view a more detailed report.
