When running Replication Manager in multiple processes, if the replication process terminates successfully and there is an available subordinate process, a subordinate process now automatically takes over as the new replication process. The new DB_EVENT_REP_AUTOTAKEOVER_FAILED event informs the application when a takeover fails, leaving the application without a replication process.
