Deleting a Budget Alert Rule

Delete an alert rule for a budget in Billing and Cost Management.

    1. Open the navigation menu and click Billing & Cost Management. Under Cost Management, click Budgets.
    2. On the Budgets page, select the budget scope, if necessary.
    3. Click the name of the budget whose alert rule you want to delete.

      On the budget details page, the Budget Alert Rules section displays the budget alert rules.

    4. Select Delete from the Actions menu (Actions Menu) to the right side of the alert rule that you want to remove.
    5. In the Confirm Delete dialog box, click Delete.
  • Use the oci budgets alert-rule delete command and required parameters to delete a budget alert rule:

    oci budgets alert-rule delete --alert-rule-id alert_rule_ocid --budget-id budget-ocid [OPTIONS]
