Listing Support Plans

List support plans for the tenancy.

Note

To manage support plans, you must be an administrator for the tenancy.

The following steps assume the newest user interface. If you don't see these options on the Support Center page, then select Manage enrollment.

  1. Open the Help menu Help menu and select Visit the Support Center.
  2. Select Oracle Cloud Success Services.
    All support plan enrollments are listed.

Actions

To perform an action on an enrollment directly from the list table, select an available option from the Actions menu in the row for that enrollment:

  • Manage Enrollment: Opens the Manage enrollment panel for options to change the enrollment, such as unenrolling.
  • View enrollment status: Opens the View enrollment status panel for information about the enrollment.
