Unenrolling from an Oracle Cloud Success Service

Use the Console to unenroll a parent tenancy from one of the Oracle Cloud Success services. The unenrollment option is available when the 6-month minimum service period from date of enrollment has passed.

Note

To manage support plans, you must be an administrator for the tenancy.

The following steps assume the newest user interface. If you don't see these options on the Support Center page, then select Manage enrollment.

  1. On the enrollment list page, find the enrollment that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or enrollment, see Listing Support Plans.
  2. From the the Actions menu for the enrollment, select Manage Enrollment and follow the prompts.
    Availability of this function indicates that the parent tenancy is enrolled in a Oracle Cloud Success Protection service and that the 6-month minimum service period from enrollment date has been met.
