Support Registration
Learn how to register with My Oracle Cloud Support.
After you complete Purchase, Oracle sends you an email with the subject line "Action Required: Welcome to New Oracle Cloud Service Subscription(s)". This email contains the group ID number that you need to register with My Oracle Cloud Support. When you receive this email, register with My Oracle Cloud Support to access support for your Oracle Databases.
Note that your ORACLEDBATAWS subscription must be active to complete this task. See Verify for instructions on confirming that your subscription is activated.
