Troubleshoot issues when using Label Studio.

Documents aren't visible in Label Studio

Incorrect configuration of these settings might prevent documents from appearing

  1. Ensure that the OCI Text Extraction Service is up and running, and you can connect to it successfully.
  2. Verify that the OCR service port matches the port configured in the Connect Model settings in Label Studio.
  3. Confirm that you have correctly configured the labeling set up for the Custom KV task. You must use the exact labeling configuration provided in the documentation.
