Create an infrastructure resource in your OCI home tenancy. It serves as an identifier for the isolated system in your data center, and its properties are mandatory parameters for the system initialization.

Note: Compute Cloud@Customer Isolated does not require any IAM setup in the OCI tenancy. The infrastructure resource is never connected to OCI.
