Follow the guidance below if you encounter an error or issue with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or need help with Java Management Service.

If you're unable to resolve your issue, open a support service request using the Help menu (Help Menu Icon) in the OCI console.

You can refer to the log files to troubleshoot the agent and plugin installation.

OMA agent logs are located at:
  • Windows: C:\Oracle\mgmt_agent\agent_inst\log\
  • macOS: /Library/Oracle/mgmt_agent/agent_inst/log/
  • Linux: /opt/oracle/mgmt_agent/agent_inst/log/
OMA JMS plugin logs are located at:
  • Windows: C:\Oracle\mgmt_agent\plugins\jm\stateDir\log\
  • macOS: /Library/Oracle/mgmt_agent/plugins/jm/stateDir/log
  • Linux: /opt/oracle/mgmt_agent/plugins/jm/stateDir/log/
OCA JMS plugin logs are located at:
