• LoganAI is built using the on-demand inference models in the Oracle Generative AI Service. To use LoganAI, your tenancy must be subscribed to an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure region that has Generative AI service available.

  For the regions in which Oracle Generative AI service is available, see regions.

  You will incur costs of using the Generative AI service when you use LoganAI. See pricing details for on-demand inferencing.

• Make sure that the users who want to use LoganAI have access to the OCI Generative AI service. See Generative AI policy documentation.

• Add the required policies for enabling and using LoganAI. See Allow Users to Enable and Use LoganAI.

• Ensure that your network policies, firewalls, or service gateways allow communication between Oracle Log Analytics and the Generative AI service endpoints in the selected region.

• Check that your tenancy's Generative AI service quotas (such as model usage, API calls, and storage) are sufficient for anticipated workloads to prevent unexpected service limitations.

• Review organizational requirements regarding data residency, privacy, and compliance to ensure movement of log data to another region (for Generative AI processing) is permitted.
