You can use Ops Insights features on your Oracle Databases running on the following cloud platforms:

Oracle Standard Edition Database Monitoring

Ops Insights allows you to analyze and monitor Oracle Database Standard Edition databases via Management Agent, Enterprise Manager or Private Endpoint. This gives your Standard Edition databases access to Capacity planning, SQL Insights, and SQL Explorer capabilities.
