Certificate rotation for customer-managed certificates with a buffer time

For a customer-managed database SSL certificate, certificate rotation does not invalidate the existing certificate immediately. Within two weeks from the certificate rotation, you can connect to your Autonomous AI Database using the client wallet you downloaded before or after the certificate rotation.
