User-principal authentication and location details for creating an OCI Object Storage Databricks Engine artifact location. Provide exactly one of privateKeyFile or privateKeyFileSecretId. If the private key is passphrase-protected, provide at most one of privateKeyPassphrase or privateKeyPassphraseSecretId.
