FAILED_JOBS strategy rollback details. This strategy would only act-upon targets that had a failed job during patching.
Note: Objects should always be created or deserialized using the FailedJobsRollbackDetails.Builder. This model distinguishes fields that are null because they are unset from fields that are explicitly set to null.
