Back Up ETL Source Files

Back up the ETL source files in the Oracle_Home/bi/biapps/etl directory to a location outside the Oracle Home directory where the ODI Agent deployed in the Oracle WebLogic Server can access.

When you install Oracle BI Applications, you install source files in the Oracle_Home/bi/biapps/etl directory. If you don't copy the ETL source files outside the Oracle Home directory, when you upgrade or patch Oracle BI Applications, the Oracle BI Applications are overwritten. Functional developers configure these Oracle BI Applications for use during the ETL process.
