Back Up the Oracle Business Intelligence Content

Back up the customizations in Oracle BI Applications and Oracle Business Intelligence catalog.

If you're moving the JAZN file, the repository, and the presentation catalog from Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 that's based on Oracle BI Enterprise Edition 12c to Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 that's based on Oracle Analytics Server, perform the following:

  1. Back up the bar file from the Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 Custom environment.
  2. Back up the Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 Repository customizations.
  3. Back up the Oracle Business Intelligence Catalog customizations.
