The work request description information appears in these locations as follows:
- Create Work Order page: Appears in the Description and Additional Description fields.
- Update Work Order: Appears in the Additional Description field.
- Express Work Order: Appears in the Description and Additional Description fields.
- Work Order API: Appears in the first Work Request Description field if multiple work requests are provided, while retaining the existing Additional Description information.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
- Ensure that work request descriptions are concise and relevant, as only the first 240 characters are copied to Description field for the work order, with the remainder up to 2000 characters appears in the Additional Description field.
- Historical descriptions entered by different users at different times are formatted with a "*" prefix and separated by new lines, aiding in traceability.
- When a new work request is added to an existing work order, its description history will be appended to the Additional Description field for the work order, thereby preserving prior data.
