United States: View, Download, and Print Employee ACA 1095-C Statements
US employees can view, download, and print their Affordable Care Act 1095-C statement. Prior to this release, 1095-C forms were available online in Employee Self-Service, but there was no easy way to view or download a printable PDF copy.
The new print capability lowers costs and increases efficiency for benefits administrators by minimizing the need to mail physical statement copies. Employees can open a printable PDF copy of their 1095-C statement and save or print it as needed.
The ability to view, download, and print employee ACA 1095-C statements empowers employees with easy access to their healthcare coverage documents for tax filing and personal recordkeeping, improving the overall employee experience and reducing HR support requests. On the Search Archive Data page, you can click the View Latest PDF button to view the 1095-C statement using the seeded laser-cut template for the applicable reporting year. You can print or download the 1095-C statement.
