- Create an amount-based purchase order with the Line type as Fixed Price Services.
- Assign the EAM work order and project at purchase order distributions and save the purchase order.
- Run the PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts program for a single project with default parameters.
- Validate that the amount-based purchase orders are transferred to Project Commitments.
To Transfer Amount Based Requisitions:
- Create Project and EAM work orders.
- Create an amount-based purchase requisition with the Line type as Fixed Price Services.
- Assign the EAM work order and project to the requisition and save your changes.
