Return Unfulfilled Requisition Quantity to Demand Workbench

Buyers and procurement specialists can return unfulfilled requested quantity to the Demand Workbench when making changes to a purchase order. When a supplier cannot provide the full quantity or buyers must reduce the purchase order line quantity, buyers can use a checkbox to return outstanding requisition quantity for future fulfillment.
Compared with the prior purchasing capability, this enhancement adds the capability directly to the Oracle Purchasing flow in Release 12.2.13. This enhancement provides clearer exception handling before buyers complete purchase order or requisition actions.
