User's Guide Managing Hierarchies Creating Hierarchies Creating Hierarchies To create a hierarchy: From Browse, select a version. On the Hierarchies tab, click . Enter a name and description. Optional: Select a hierarchy group. Note: Hierarchy groups allow related hierarchies to be organized together for easy browsing and selection. Select a top node for the new hierarchy by selecting one option: New Node––Enter the name for the new node. Existing Node––Select the hierarchy in which the node exists, and then select the node and click OK. Provide a description for the top node. Click OK. When the hierarchy tree refreshes, the new hierarchy is displayed.
