Unclaiming Requests

Unclaiming a request makes the request available for any other assigned user to claim for the active workflow stage. The unclaim option is available to the user who currently has claim to the request and to users with the Data Manager role. This user can unclaim a request that is currently claimed by another user.

To unclaim a request:

  1. Form the Worklist, select the request to unclaim.
  2. Click Unclaim.

Note:

If a request exceeds the claim duration configured for the workflow model, then the request is automatically unclaimed to make it available for other assigned users to claim.
